Red Diamond Elevators is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and expand our presence across Tamil Nadu in the vertical mobility industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Red Diamond Elevators across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
• Manage branding, advertising, social media content, and promotional activities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and trends.
• Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide detailed reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and vendor partnerships effectively.
• Maintain and enhance company website content and SEO strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, engineering, or technical industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
